We offer inclusive, small-group sports classes designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our programs blend physical activity with social connection, teaching both athletic and life skills through games like tennis, basketball, golf, and pickleball. Classes are held in Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, and San Jose welcoming 4–6 participants at a time for a supportive, personalized experience.
